04 Products, Pricing & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, ingredients and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that every description is error-free.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and modify or discontinue products without prior notice. If an order is placed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.
05 Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion — for example, if stock is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been an error.
A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
06 Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay and GoKwik. We do not store your full payment details.
By paying through these partners, you also agree to their respective terms.
07 Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Both of those policies form part of these Terms.
08 Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including the Hepatolean name, logo, text, images, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
09 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Post false, misleading or harmful content
- Infringe the rights of any other person
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to the grievance-redressal process below, the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
