These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.hepatolean.com (the “Website”) and any purchase of Hepatolean products, operated by Dr. Anand’s Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Website or purchase our products.

3. Health & Product Disclaimer

Hepatolean products are nutritional / food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including fatty liver disease or PCOS. Information on the Website is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Individual results may vary.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, ingredients and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, change prices, or modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors). A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners Razorpay and GoKwik. We do not store your full payment details. By making a payment you agree to the relevant partner’s terms.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery of products is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Return, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the Hepatolean name, logo, text, images, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
