Shipping Policy
Where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if a delivery does not go to plan.
The short version
- Free shipping across India. We do not ship internationally.
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days; delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- You get a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email once the parcel is dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and PIN codes.

01 Coverage
We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
We do not ship outside India at this time.
02 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on a holiday, are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer because of courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
04 Shipping Charges & COD
Free shipping across India on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and PIN codes, and may require a partial advance payment (“Partial COD”).
05 Courier Partners
We ship through reputable courier partners via our logistics aggregator, selecting the fastest reliable carrier for your location.
06 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
If you have not received a tracking link within two business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
07 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete before you place the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
08 Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once. A shipment may be marked Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to us if:
- The address could not be located, or the phone number was unreachable
- Nobody was available to receive the parcel across the attempted deliveries
- A Cash on Delivery order was refused at the door
For prepaid orders that come back to us as RTO, we refund the amount to your original payment method once the parcel is received and checked — normally within 5–7 business days.
If you would prefer the order re-shipped instead of refunded, write to us and we will arrange it, subject to stock availability.
09 Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, courier disruptions, strikes, or regulatory checks.
If your shipment appears stuck, contact us and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.
