1. Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. We do not ship outside India at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on a holiday are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Other locations: 4–7 business days
• Remote / rural areas: up to 7–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier delays, weather or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges & COD

• Free shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and PIN codes and may require a partial advance payment (“Partial COD”). All applicable charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Courier Partners

We ship through reputable courier partners via our logistics aggregator, selecting the fastest reliable carrier for your location.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / email. You can use it to follow your shipment’s progress.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details. Re-shipping to a corrected address may attract additional charges.

8. Failed Delivery / RTO

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered (e.g., repeated failed attempts, refusal, or unreachable customer), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Return, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, courier disruptions, strikes, or regulatory checks.
