Return, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. Our Approach
Hepatolean products are consumable health / food supplements. For your safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or tampered products. We do, however, stand fully behind the quality of what we ship — so we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, expired or incorrect.
2. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@hepatolean.com / +91 95287 15385. We will refund any amount paid.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under Section 3 if it qualifies.
3. Returns / Replacements (Eligible Cases Only)
We accept returns or offer replacements only if the product is:
- Damaged or leaking in transit,
- Defective or expired / near-expiry on arrival,
- Incorrect (wrong product or flavour delivered), or
- Missing items from your order.
To be eligible, you must:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery, and
- Share clear photos and a continuous unboxing video (required to validate transit damage and process claims with our courier).
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns where: the product seal is opened or broken (except verified damage / defect); the issue is reported after the eligible window; the product was damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery; or you simply changed your mind or disliked the taste (taste is subjective and, for sealed consumables, not a valid return reason).
5. How to Raise a Request
Email support@hepatolean.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the required photos / video. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage / defect claim is approved), we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank / card issuer.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except where the fault is ours.
7. Replacements
Where you prefer a replacement over a refund for an eligible item, we will ship a fresh unit at no extra cost, subject to availability.
