Overview

What's in One Scoop

The short answer

One 20g scoop of Advance Liver Pro+ gives you 12g of whey protein (70% isolate, 30% concentrate) plus seven liver-supporting actives: 700mg myo-inositol, 500mg L-carnitine, 350mg choline, 70mg magnesium, 50mg digestive enzymes and 10mg vitamin E. There is no added sugar — it's sweetened with stevia and monk fruit.

Every amount below is printed per scoop. Nothing is grouped into a proprietary blend, so you can see exactly how much of each active you are getting.

Ingredient by ingredient

The Seven Actives

Where an ingredient carries an officially authorised health claim, that exact wording is shown. Where it doesn't, we describe what it does — without implying a benefit.

Whey Protein

Isolate + concentrate, 70:30
12g

Protects the muscle you already have.

Eat less to shift liver fat and the body takes some of that energy from muscle. An isolate-led blend keeps protein up without the lactose load.

Authorised claim: Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass.

Myo-Inositol

Most-researched inositol form
700mg

Sits in the insulin signalling pathway.

Insulin resistance is a main reason fat accumulates in the liver. Myo-inositol is involved in how cells respond to insulin — which is why it appears in metabolic research, not gym formulas.

L-Carnitine

Free-form L-carnitine
500mg

Carries fatty acids into the mitochondria.

Long-chain fatty acids cannot enter the mitochondria on their own. L-carnitine is the shuttle that takes them in, to be burned rather than stored.

Choline

As choline bitartrate
350mg

Helps the liver move fat out, not just store it.

The liver needs choline to package fat into VLDL and export it. Indian diets — vegetarian ones especially — commonly fall short, and ordinary protein powders skip it entirely.

Authorised claim: Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function.

Magnesium

Mineral
70mg

Supports the everyday energy side of the plan.

A calorie deficit plus more activity is tiring. Magnesium is involved in normal muscle function and in how the body handles fatigue.

Authorised claim: Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal muscle function.

Digestive Enzymes

Protease · amylase · lipase
50mg

Breaks the scoop down so it doesn't sit heavy.

Protease works on protein, amylase on starch, lipase on fat. A daily habit only survives if it sits light.

Vitamin E

100% of daily allowance
10mg

An antioxidant, at the allowance and no higher.

Vitamin E is fat-soluble, so more is not better — it accumulates. Dosed at exactly 100% of the daily allowance, deliberately.

Authorised claim: Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

What's Not in It

These four omissions were decisions, not oversights.

No added sugar

Zero grams. Stevia and monk fruit instead, roughly 3g carbohydrate per scoop.

No artificial sweeteners

No sucralose, no aspartame, no acesulfame potassium. Only plant-derived sweeteners.

No proprietary blends

Every active printed with its own amount. Hidden doses are usually small doses.

No fairy-dust doses

If it is on the label, it is there at an amount a doctor would stand behind.

How to use

One Scoop, One Minute

01

Add 1 scoop (20g) to 150–200ml of cold water, milk, or a dairy-free alternative.

Questions

About the Formula

How much protein is in one scoop?

12g of whey protein per 20g scoop, from a 70:30 blend of whey protein isolate and concentrate. The isolate-led ratio means less lactose per gram of protein than a concentrate-only powder.

Are the doses hidden in a proprietary blend?

No. Every active is listed with its own amount per scoop — 700mg myo-inositol, 500mg L-carnitine, 350mg choline, 70mg magnesium, 50mg digestive enzymes, 10mg vitamin E.

Why choline bitartrate rather than another form?

Choline bitartrate is a stable, well-tolerated salt that mixes cleanly into a powder without the fishy aftertaste some other forms develop. The label states 350mg of choline per scoop.

Does it contain any added sugar or artificial sweetener?

No added sugar and no artificial sweeteners. It is sweetened with stevia and monk fruit extract, and carries roughly 3g of carbohydrate per scoop.

What allergens does it contain?

Milk and soy (as soy lecithin). It is vegetarian but not vegan, and it is not suitable for anyone with a milk or soy allergy.

Can I take two scoops a day?

The label allows 1–2 servings daily, depending on how much protein the rest of your diet already provides.

If you have kidney disease, advanced liver disease, or are on medication, check with your doctor before increasing the amount.
